WE CALLED THEM AT 7:30 THE MORNING OF MATTHEW WHEN WE FOUND 15 " OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT. THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF US BUT THEY WERE HERE IN AN HOUR. HAD I CALLED THEM 30 MINUTES LATER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 3 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD COME AND WITHOUT ELECTRICITY WE WOULD HAVE HAD 30 FEET OF WATER. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET IT ALL OUT. THEY WORKED UNTIL LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND INTO MONDAY AFTERNOON. THEY LEFT FANS RUNNING AND THE BASEMENT WAS DRIED OUT AND MOPED BY TUES. AFTERNOON. THE GUYS WERE GREAT! THEY WERE PLEASANT, POLITE, AND HARD WORKING. THEY WERE A SUPER CREW!!
So thankful for the immediate response from Servpro of Bath after we had a pipe burst and extensive flooding in our home. They were wonderful to work with and worked quickly and efficiently!!!
